Research

I am studying the Floorplanning problem with Symbolic approach. Floorplanning is to arrange several rectangle blocks in a rectangle boundary without overlaps. The object is to minimize the area of boundary and the conectivity cost. With Symbolic approach, it can be done in better way campared to the traditional simulated annealing method. The long-term goal is to setup a novel symbolic methodology in related fields.
