Send a URL and a small description to www@bears.ece.ucsb.edu, and a link will be established. Please note, that links to web sites or ftp directories are easier to maintain than specific files (whose names often change with new releases).
A URL consists of <service>://<domainname>/<path>/<file>. The field service is either ftp, http, or gopher. Specify the domainname of the computer which will service the requests (choose wisely). Enter the full path name and the name of the file to be downloaded. The file name can be omitted to indicate a directory of files.
