If you still don't have a hotel and are looking for a cheap one, I recommend either the Super-8 in Goleta (see Hotel information.) or the San Roque Motel (10 miles away) at 805 687-6611.

Entry Fees

The club Southwest region has started a good trend, which I would like to see the college region pick up. Local teams pay all or most of the entry fee, since the entry fee is still insignificant compared to expenses from an airplane flight.
 
  • Local team have an entry fee of $125
  • Teams from outside the sourthern california section will pay $25.


    • For both, $25 is a check written to the UPA, and the $100 is cash or check to U.C. Regents.

    Callahan rules

    The open division will use modified Callahan rules for Semi-Finals, Finals, and Back Door finals. http://www.isg-online.com/callahanrules/

    Weather

    The weekend before (April 17th and 18th) was warm (80's) with a light wind.
